My third-year final visual report focused on the retirement market, exploring the growing trend of individuals moving from cities to rural areas due to a lack of identity and community in urban environments. As our population ages at an unprecedented rate, there is a pressing need to create opportunities for retirees to enjoy their prime years without the restrictions often associated with city living.

The brand focuses on gardening, supported by extensive evidence showing the significant benefits of horticulture for physical and mental health, including boosting self-esteem.

Coalesce is designed to break away from the traditional, overly medicalized view of retirement living, which often feels out of touch with the baby boomer generation. Instead, it offers a modern, youthful approach that centers on community, creativity, and well-being.
